List of Eligible countries For the 2021 DV Lottery (Green Card Lottery)

One of the requirements for the 2021 DV lottery program was that participants must be a native of one of the eligible countries. For Green Card DVLottery 2021 Application, natives of the following countries are not eligible to apply, because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States in the previous five years:

Haiti

India

Jamaica

South Korea

United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories

Vietnam

Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible.
